We all have this "Doubting Thomas" inside our heads; if we prove them right, it wins AND we lose. We shouldn't let it be proven right... instead, we should use it to light a fire under out ass to work hard so we can prove it wrong. This process only helps us in the end.

Er, however, I'm not trying to imply that just wishing your doubts away is enough. We NEED that seed of doubt in our heads, because it gives us something to strive for. It tells us "we can't", and by doing so, it builds a wall for us to smash through. And once we've broken through... it'll be silenced.

However, giving up is perhaps the worst thing you can do.
